Led by experience across consulting, technology, and financial services
FutureCount is led by Eric Bass, an experienced financial-services business and technology executive advisor and hands-on transformation leader.
Founder perspective
For me, visionary leadership is grounded foremost in understanding people. If you can relate and be relatable, people build their trust in you and share their best ideas and instincts. I am lucky to love my profession that enables me to work with organizations of every size and all over the world. The goal is simple: to solve problems, adapt to change, and make work a place where creativity lives and value is generated. I have worked to build mutually beneficial partnership ecosystems throughout my entire career and have a deep respect for the craft of building and nourishing them.
I am an experienced financial services business and technology executive advisor and hands-on transformation leader. Over the course of my career, I have worked closely with C-level executives, private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, and founder-led organizations to design, scale, and reposition complex professional services and financial platforms. My work consistently focuses on aligning strategy, technology, and operations to unlock measurable business performance.
My deep roots in financial services consulting and professional services management led to leading multiple large-scale transformation initiatives across banking, capital markets, and advisory environments.
